KARA was a 2nd generation girl group that debuted in 2007 under DSP Entertainment. There were several member contract complications in the years after they debuted leaving only two of the additional members in the final lineup and an additional member that joined the year after they debuted. With the three members they started a show called the KARA Project to find a fourth member, the winner stayed with the group until they disbanded in 2016.
